Delicious, Quick & Easy

Peach Cobbler

1 stick butter
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 28 oz can of peaches

Melt butter and pour into an 8 x 11 baking dish. I know, that's an unusual size but it works the best. Mix flour, milk and sugar and add to butter. Drain peaches. Cut into bite size peaches and add to dish.

Bake at 350 for about an hour or until top gets brown.

this was my first dessert recipe EVER. mom taught me how to make cherry cobbler just like this... but instead of peaches, cherries :)
